Mudra Hand Gestures in Yoga

Common Mudras in Hatha Yoga

Dhyana Mudra : Paakanga agere, isa ruoko rwako rworuboshwe mumakumbo ako nesundu yako yakatarisana kumusoro. Isa ruoko rwako rworudyi kumusoro kweruboshwe rwako uye uunze zvigunwe zvako kuti zvibate kumusoro pamusoro pezvanza zvako. Iyi ibhuku reBuddhist meditation medra.
